Zane looked atop the trees. He grinned, blending into the shadows. He nudged Owl, "There."
Trance layed half asleep unawear of her stalkers.

"Now!" Zane hissed and leaped at the tree.
Trance heard. Her fate had come, and though she tensed she didn't open her eyes. She's smiled as she felt Zane ripping a claw across her stomach.
Vain flinched at his leaders words, "Please Breakdown I will prove myself again."

Breakdown's blood-red eyes narrowed cruelly. How? By letting yet another prisoner go? I think not, Vain. Her dark snarl hinted at his fate, and she did nothing to hide her hatred of him.

Owl launched himself up the tree, to where Trance lay. A wicked grin spread across his face as he ripped at her flank with sharp claws.

Owl's large eyes were hooded as he gazed at the corpse of Trance. "Good. Traitors don't deserve life," he spat. "Let's bring her back to Breakdown."

"Why bother, let the crows eat her." a sharp female voice hissed from under. Her blue eyes were and they could see in the shadows.
"Nyxy..." Zane hissed.
"Nice to see you too brother. Hello Owl." Nyxy purred.

Zane nodded, "Sure, but we might as well throw her off this tree first. Nyxy I would move unless you want to be smushed by a corpse."
Nyxy hissed but backed away, keeping her distance.

Owl smiled and kicked Trance's body violently off of the tree, relishing the satisfying crack and thud he heard as some of her bones snapped upon impact.

"Ew, good luck carrying that!" she spat, "I'll be at basecamp if you need me." and she sprinted away.
Zane rolled his eyes, "You don't know how lucky you are to not be related to her..." He jumped down and started dragging the body.

Owl joined Zane on the forest floor and lifted the other side of the corpse with his head. Although he couldn't see, Zane was leading, so he didn't have much to worry about.

It came into Owl's view as soon as Zane mentioned it. He dropped his end of Trance's body on the log, leaped over it, and then resumed lifting his end once on the other side.
