Zane yawned. He had just woken up, but with an odd feeling. He...he felt his heart tingling...Was he in love? Then he saw her. Breakdown. He shook his head. Am I in live with her...but how?...oh stopping fooling yourself...she only thinks of you as a warrior... he thought and headed toward some fresh kill.

Breakdown held her proud head high, her gaze absentmindedly traveled around the camp, falling upon Zane. She blinked, noting his muscles. He was her favorite warrior, and her most loyal one at that. She owed him more than she'd ever admit, even to him. The she-cat shook herself. What was she thinking? He's a warrior, nothing more. she told herself firmly. You have no time for romance. But despite that, she couldn't help but gaze at him.

Zane choose a small rabbit, he was barely hungry, but he forced himself to eat it. His gaze flicked around toward Breakdown. He nodded to her. Then turned his attention back to his rabbit.

Slightly hesitant, the she-cat approached Zane. Good morning. Breakdown greeted him briskly. Have you seen Rend yet? She's proving ever-more that she's not reliable as a second-in-command. she growled.

Breakdown sighed. Of course not. Her eyes flashed with irritation. The she-cat sat, eyes fixed upon her companion. If she doesn't show her face anytime soon, I'm going to replace her.

She nodded. I have several cats in mind, but let's not make haste just yet. Breakdown sighed, gazing at the sky. The sunlight hit her black-and-white pelt at just the right angle, turning her into a demonic angel yet again. Her blood-red eyes sought out her lump of a deputy, and her ears swiveled for any sounds.

Zane tilted his head, he couldn't help but state at her. She's so beautiful, he thought, She doesn't deserve someone like me... He sighed and turned his gaze away. But then without thinking he blurted out, "Do you know about love?"
